Complete the application to request new or transfer existing residential water, sewer, trash, and household hazardous waste services in Cedar Hill. The deposit charge for a new residential account is $90. Once the application is processed, a member of our department will contact you to collect the deposit over the phone. Water service will not be connected until all required documentation and deposit is collected.

What's required?
If you own the property where the service is being requested, you will be required to supply proof of ownership (deed of trust, settlement statement or sales contract) along with a valid identification. These documents are required to be uploaded in the application.
If you are renting the property where the service is being requested, you will be required to supply a signed lease agreement, valid identification, and a Residential Rental Certificate of Occupancy (RRCO). Acceptable forms of identification include a valid driver's license, passport, or Military ID.
