Adopt Cedar Hill Cleanup Notification Form

  2. Adopt Cedar Hill Advanced Notification Requirement

    The City must be notified seven (7) days in advance of the exact date of the cleanup so that arrangements can be made to have the trash bags disposed of promptly. Failure to make proper notification may result in denial.

  3. All requests for cleanup supplies and trash pickup must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the cleanup event. If this timeline is not met, your request may not be fulfilled.

    Supplies will be available for pick up at Development Services on the 2nd floor of the  Cedar Hill Government Center, 285 Uptown Blvd, the Friday before your scheduled cleanup event.

  4. What supplies do you need?*

    Only check items that you need. 

    If you need additional reusable supplies (trash grabbers, safety vests, or gloves) please reach out to Environmental Services directly at 972-291-5100 x 2888 or at Environmental@cedarhilltx.com after submitting this form.

  5. Do you need staff to pick up your filled trash bags?*

    Place filled trash bags under the Adopt Cedar Hill sign or next to the closest public trash bin if the cleanup is in a park.
