2. Our inter-library loan (ILL) service assists patrons in borrowing library books not found in our collection nor the collections of our Best Southwest Partnership libraries. The time frame for obtaining inter-library loan items depends on availability, shipping, and the distance of the lending library (generally from two to six weeks). 

   To be able to submit an ILL request, you must be a Cedar Hill Resident and your library card must be up to date and free of fines or late material.
