Traffic accident reports are available for purchase online to our customers.  Reports after December 1, 2008 are now online for a cost of $6.00.  Most accident reports should be available within 5 business days following the incident.  Please contact our records department at 972.291.5181, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM to check the status of a report if it is unavailable online.

Customers who choose not to purchase the accident report online may use the Open Records Request procedure by filing a written request for the document.  The cost for an accident report is $6.00.
