ELF & Friends, is a program operated by the Cedar Hill Professional Fire Fighters Association and the Cedar Hill Police Association. This program helps provide Christmas gifts for children 12 and younger and seniors 62 and older in our community. The Fire Department expects to receive around 200 applications from children & Senior Citizens for this Christmas. |

The following is required for each application:
Must show proof that you are a resident of the City of Cedar Hill by showing a Lease or Utility Bill (cell phone bills will no longer be accepted). Multi-families - all names must be on the lease or bill.
Must bring a current CHISD report card for each child of school age or present a birth certificate for children not in school.
Must have a valid, current, Texas Drivers License or Texas ID.
Must show proof of income, i.e. last pay check stub or proof of unemployment, Child Support, Social Securtiy, SSI, etc....
You must be below the 2008 HHS Poverty Guidelines plus 125% to qualify.
Applications WILL NOT be available at any other location.
