Looking for an easy way to wind down and eat well? Food Truck Thursdays at Signature Park are serving up just that—good food, good vibes, and a great reason to get out of the house.
Every Thursday evening from 5 to 8 p.m., a rotating lineup of 5–6 local food trucks pulls into 450 Pioneer Trail with a world of flavors ready to try. Think tacos, burgers, BBQ, desserts, and more—all in one place.
Launched on March 13, this weekly event is a casual, family-friendly hangout spot where you can bring a blanket, enjoy dinner in the park, and catch up with your neighbors. It’s the perfect midweek break with no cooking required.
Presented by Food Truck League DFW in partnership with the City of Cedar Hill, this growing event is quickly becoming a favorite. But to keep the trucks coming and the atmosphere lively, we’d love to see more friendly faces each week.
